Premier PC Bundle in-home or office Set Up: $195

This includes:

  • Set-up of a new computer and printer
  • Connecting to existing broadband account.
  • Customer to provide ISP set-up software, username, and password.
  • Load access software, up to 3 titles, additional titles are $15 each.

Data Recovery: $250

Diagnostics of the system hard drive and determine if data can be recovered. Recovery of video, photos and documents in hard drive. Save recorded data to external drive. 100% Guarantee: no data, no charge. If we can’t recover your data, we won’t charge you.

Diagnostics, Basic Service Repair: $95

The minimum $95.00 includes basic diagnostics, and up to 1 hour of time to complete the repair. Any repair taking longer the 1 hour will incur an additional fee of $55.00 making the total labor amount for the repair $150.00 (Maximum 2 hours).
Any components needed will be in addition to the labor fees.

  • Hard drive tests
  • Software examination
  • File system check

Basic Service/Repair includes labor for:

  • Dust and debris removal from system
  • Microsoft critical updates
  • Other popular software updates
  • Defragment of hard drive if needed
  • Power supply installation
  • CD, DVD, Blue-Ray ROM installation
  • Memory installation

Advanced Service Repair: $195

Advanced repairs include everything the basic repair includes. An advanced is that which develops into more than a single issue or takes longer than 2 hours to complete. Any repair that takes longer than 3 hours will incur an additional fee of $55.00 making the total labor amount for the repair $250.00. For example: virus, trojan, adware, and spyware removal, installation of Hardware Drivers and testing for Hardware conflicts’, data transfer to another drive or system’, no boot systems, Boot.ini missing files, etc. Most laptop repairs not requiring disassembly, reload of Operating System’. System tune-ups. (Maximum 4 hours).

Any components needed will be in addition to the labor fees.

Diagnostics Includes:

  • Extensive system evaluation

Advanced Service/Repair includes labor for:

  • Virus / Trojan / Adware / Spyware removal
  • Operating System reloads
  • Large Data Transfers – Max: IOGB
  • Motherboard replacement
  • Operating System upgrade
  • Hard drive replacement

These fees, as stated, are used only as a guideline. The actual cost of the service repair will be determined by the repair technician after the initial bench test and diagnostics. All service requests and diagnostics, incur a minimum fee of $95.00.

Data Transfer $159

Transferring data from an old existing computer to a new computer or laptop.

Remote Support

Remote support is $99.00 an hour. Do not run the remote support client unless instructed by a qualified technician. Download and install the remote support application only when instructed by the technician.
